Election 2016 is imminent, and there are some fun ideas you can use for your practice’s social media. You don’t have to get political or endorse a candidate (this would probably end up being bad for business!) but you can still tie in some of these ideas with your regular social media. Post this link, along with the question, “Which of the 44 presidents had the greatest smile?” http://bit.ly/2fvnHRK
Make a quick video of your staff answering the question, “Why is it important to vote?” Again, specific candidates or issues aren’t the focus. If you find this is too tricky, feel free to use ideas you are more comfortable with.
Post a photo of one of your dentists wearing an “I Voted” sticker, along with this text, “Dr. So-and-So voted! Have you? Show us your ‘I Voted’ sticker and get a free toothbrush.”
You can also make your office festive with fun decorations, or let the staff dress in patriotic colors. This will give the office a fun atmosphere, and the photos will be great shareable social media content.
